The bananas coupled with ground almonds and yoghurt are packed with vitamin B and all the energy fuel your body needs to be able to enjoy the day.
All you need to make these delicious banana breakfast bites is:
- 2 bananas
- 300g of ground almonds
- 100g of butter
- ½ tablespoon of steina
- 100g of white milk yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- A blender
The first step is to put one of the bananas into a blender, along with the almonds, butter, steina, yoghurt and eggs. Give the ingredients a blend until they are combined together into a thick mixture.
Secondly, pour the coconut oil into a baking tray, ready to bake the banana bites. Chop the other banana into pieces and fold into the mixture. Then bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees temperature. Once the mixture begins to bubble, remove from the oven and let it cool down. Finally slice into breakfast bites and enjoy with a juicy smoothie!
